How about asking Mr. Hands, who has lived in the end cottage, for 50 years plus. He was a market gardener. In the 2nd. cottage, the late Dough Stow lived until they moved to Sunnybrook on the Broadway Rd where his wife and daughter now live. I hope this help you in your search. Jenny Kinchin

My Name Is Karen Curry. I wish to find out who first lived in my home? My home was built in 1930 it is a small holding built by Glos County Council and was first occupied by a serviceman from WW2. Our home was occupied by my Husbands grandfather after retiring from a council farm at Broadway. It would be lovely to find out the gentleman’s name.
